Change Management

Are you getting the most out of Salesforce in your organization?

•  Salesforce is more than a CRM - it's a flexible platform that can be a great tool for any team.

•   You get out of it what you put into it - treat it as an investment rather than a cost.

•   There is always room for improvement. Salesforce has so many features to use and customize, there are always opportunities to increase your ROI.

What makes a successful Salesforce project?

•  Perform business analysis upfront

•  Value end users as key stakeholders

•  Have a training plan prior to rollout

•  Regular communication about project progress

•  Have a process for feedback and revisions

Success is about good change management more than anything else. When projects fail it is often because there was a lack of attention to business analysis, training, and communication.

About Me

I have worked on and led Salesforce projects in various companies since 2019, working in a variety of roles. My experience includes working with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, ISV products, and customized orgs. In 2023, I took the leap into independent consulting, driven by a commitment to address common challenges that arise in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects.

My mission is to be a true advocate for end users and business teams, ensuring their seamless experience with your company's Salesforce org. I delve deep into business processes, workflows, and user interactions, because the true benefits of the platform only materialize when it seamlessly aligns with the needs of your team.

I am as much an Operations enthusiast as an IT professional. While software tools are crucial, they represent just one facet of cultivating a high-functioning team. My approach extends beyond conventional IT roles; I engage collaboratively with your teams on business analysis, change management, training, KPI measurements, and more. At the end of the day, the ultimate goal is to improve how your teams operate and to get the best results you can as a business.

I find great satisfaction in teaching people things, solving complex problems, strategic thinking, and collaborating with others.

Lasting success
